1.Will you send
horoscope matching to our son or daughter? |

No. We are not
matching the horoscope and we don't recommend any astrologer. We
are providing the chart with all details. You have to select the
registration number and collect the horoscope from us. |

2.Will you send
the chart every month by post ? How often you will release
chart? |
|
Every month the
chart will be uploaded in the website and u can view once or
twice in a month. the chart will be released only in the month
of February, May, August and November on the day of SWAYAMVARAM.
you have to come in person, pay Rs.30/-and collect the chart, If
wanted by post Rs.50/- by Money order or local cheque to be sent
to our office. |

3. When we are not
getting response from the people we have sent the horoscope, Can
we approach your office? will you talk on behalf of us? |
|
Yes. we will call
the parent and talk to them, try to convince them with the
positive things of yours. provided you come in person to our
office, after sending the details about your son or daughter to
them. Make sure you spoke to them, before sending the horoscope. |

4. Is it necessary
to attend the Swayamvaram? Do Bride and Bridegroom will come to
the venue to see each other? Is it must for us to stay till the
end of the function? |
|
Parents Meet is
meant for you to see face to face. Social gatherings have become
less and this is a great boon. If the bride and bridegroom
willing to come, please bring them. They should see each other,
and they may get Blessings from the Elders. Billions of
vibrations may come from the youth and girl. Boy may be aged but
looks very young. The girl may be young but looks little more.
It is always advisable, to stay till the END and our community -
GOSHTI- Gathering should disperse at the end only. |

5. Does your chart
contain married persons-details also? |
|
Sometimes, we get
information late from the parents. But most of the times we
never get a feedback, and Parents forgets us to inform, as they
become busy with Marriage alliance. Anyhow the latest chart
contains only the last three months of registration. |

6. How many times
you will publish in the chart? If the alliance is not finalized,
will it be repeated? How often we have to renew to publish in
the chart? |

We will publish
all the details only ONCE in the chart. We will not repeat
unless it is renewed after six months. |

7.Is there any
Dosha such as Chevvai Dosha and Kalasarpa Dosha? Is it a must to
see those aspects in the horoscope? |
|
YES. There are
some Doshas in the horoscope, and the predictions given by
sages, rishis are relevant. But the interpretation by the
Astrologers vary and disturbing us. Consult your astrologer to
do some remedial things, Dosha Santhi is enough. Our simple
advice do not go on talk on this with others, which will
complicate more. |

8.Is your chart
contains the same details from Mahalingapuram chart, and from
other charts? Do you copy from others? We often call the same
parents and get disturbed-what to do? Why there is repetition? |
|
Our chart contains
only the registration done with us. We gather from other
Jadagalayas in Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, Tiruchi, Srirangam,
Madurai, etc., and publish in the website with their permission.
You have to maintain a CHECK LIST with Name, Father's Name, Date
of Birth, Phone Number. Before calling the new detail, You have
to verify with your Checklist. |

9. My son/My
daughter is coming next month. we want to see three or four
alliance in the next week-Is it possible to arrange for the
same? |
|
Yes. We will guide
you and talk on your behalf with the parents. We will also help
you to put some advertisements in The Hindu and other
newspapers. These additional services will be charged
accordingly. |

10. We have spent
a lot of money by registering the details, putting
advertisements, etc.We have decided to pay only if the alliance
is finalized. Will you register our Details? |

Of course we are
running a NON-PROFIT Organisation, but we have appointed four
full time staff, two part time staff, and need maintenance of
computers, pay telephone charges, printing, electricity charges,
conducting swayamvaram and so on. We also need an amount to run
smoothly. |

11. Once the
marriage alliance is finalized, do we have to pay any more
amount? Even the alliance is not finalized through Chitrabanu,
do we have to inform? |
|
If you are
donating any amount by way of Cash or Kind, we accept it. It is
only a token of appreciation for the services, and you can buy
three or four Sarees and give to the staff employed. We will
remember and tell others also. Even if it is not settled by us,
it is the courtesy (and for the benefit of other parents) it is
must to inform by writing a letter with name, registration
number and date of birth. The Parents seeking alliance for their
son or daughter, in eager, would have spent time, copied the
horoscope, consulted the astrologer and finally when they came
to know that the alliance is finalized, they will be dejected.
Avoid those Embarrassing situation and save our Organization's
Name. |

12. Will you give
some advices to the Parents, those who are rejecting some stars
at the initial stage? |
|
Yes. Every
Swayamvaram we call Scholars, Eminent persons in the Hindu
religion, Srikaryams of Mutts, TO DELIVER lectures and they
insist to go thorough the matching of horoscope. DO NOT REJECT
BY THE BIRTH STAR at the initial stage itself. |

13. Is still the
demand for Dowry is there? Is it must that the expenses all to
be met by the Girl's Parents? |
|
Yes. Dowry is
still given by the Girl's Parent and very well accepted and
taken by the Bridegroom's Parents. But there is NO DEMAND or not
mentioning the amount. It is been taken in form of cash for
janvasa dress, muhurtha dress, conveyance, reception suit, etc.,
Whatever the Bridegroom Parent's wants for the marriage, they
should bear the expenses.Simply not to tell the bride's parents
to do this and that and never give other Marriage as
comparisons. |

14. Is it must to
verify the details given by you? How do we know about the
background of the bride and bridegroom? |
|
We are just
reproducing the information given by the parent's of Bride or
Bridegroom. We are not asking them to show the birth
certificate, mark sheets, appointment letter, salary
certificate, or income tax-returns. You have to verify
thoroughly by all means, and in no way we are held responsible.
Whatever is happened it is for good-whatever happens it is
good-whatever going to happen is also good.. |

15. Do you help us
in getting the Caterers, Purohits, Marriage Halls,
Photographers, etc. |
|
Yes. We do suggest
some of them, but the entire responsibility lies with you. It is
not a must that you should engage through us. |

16.We have already
registered with you. Now the bride/bridegroom Salary is
increased-Changed his employment from one company to other-etc.,
Can I do the modification? |
|
Modify your Son or
Daughter's Profile can be done once only in the six months. If
the salary is increased the additional payment to be made
accordingly. |
